Redesigned a Coaching LMS
Created user flows, designed screens, applied principles of Information Architecture, and refined the brand identity of a Learning Management System for the professional development of high school sports coaches.

Project Overview
Glazier offers in-person clinics and online education for high school football coaches across the US.
Their Glazier Drive platform is a Learning Management System providing hundreds of video courses and educational resources by coaches, for coaches.
The platform was confusing, difficult to navigate, and visually unappealing. I worked to redesign it with updated branding and UI, streamlined user flows, and clearer
- I inherited partially-completed designs and flows that needed to be completely reworked.
- Presented the client with font and color options to determine the new brand direction and the look and feel of the new UI.
- Created user flows to map out the ideal user journey.
- XXXXDesigned 150+ screens and interactive prototypes to test with users, validate and iterate.
- Reorganized the main navigation and used clearer labeling and descriptions for different offerings within the platform.
- XXXXPerformed hundreds of hours of research across the content management landscape, studying dozens and dozens of CMS platforms for ease-of-use, best practices, and innovations.
- XXXXThe project ended up being the biggest transformation of the product in ten years, being incredibly well-received by clients, and positively noted by Gartner and Clearbox.
